Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and tech-savvy Content Creator who can represent our product through engaging podcasts, videos, and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms, and will be comfortable creating content that appeals to tech enthusiasts, consumers, and professionals alike. This role will involve producing high-quality, entertaining, and informative content to highlight our products and help us build a larger, more engaged online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Invite HRs of Top Companies to the Podcast and discuss on Employee Productivity Management, Trends in HR tech or Similar Topics.
• Develop original podcast concepts and scripts that align with EmpMonitor's brand and messaging.
• Conduct Webinars on trending topics of HR tech. Research and gather relevant topics and industry trends.
• Write engaging and informative scripts for podcast episodes.

Production:

• Record and edit podcast episodes using industry-standard Video editing software.
• Interview guests and experts to provide valuable insights and perspectives.
• Ensure high-quality audio production and post-production.

Distribution:

• Manage podcast distribution on Youtube.
• Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics to optimize content.
• Engage with listeners through social media and online communities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a podcast creator or audio producer.
• Strong Content Creation and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of podcasting platforms and distribution channels.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Understanding of workforce management and productivity concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
