Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
  
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
  
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in international BPO/customer support.
  
• Education: Any graduate or undergraduate (with relevant experience).
  
• Skills:
  
• Excellent verbal communication in English
  
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Customer-first approach
  
• Shift Timings: Night Shifts (US/UK timezone)
