• Perform detailed verification of US applicants personal, educational, and employment information by making outbound calls.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with applicants, former employers, educational institutions, and other relevant parties to gather and confirm data.
• Accurately record all verification activities and update internal systems with verified information in a timely and precise manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• HSC/Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in processing background checks for international BPO processes (US).
• Willingness to join an international BPO environment.
• Shift timings : 5:30 pm - 8:30 am (Any 9.5 Hrs)
• Week Off : Sat & Sun fixed off.
• Salary : Freshers - 17k & experience upto 25k.
