About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting end-to-end hiring for roles in the Telecom sector. This includes hiring for roles in Sales, and Field Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, selection.
• Work on bulk/mass hiring mandates, especially for front-line sales and customer-facing roles
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), social platforms (LinkedIn), internal database, and employee referrals
• Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary screening
• Coordinate and drive walk-ins, job fairs, and campus recruitment
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers for reporting and MIS
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and coordination with the HR ops/payroll team
• Meet recruitment metrics like TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM into HR is preferred
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in telecom, FMCG, or staffing firms)
• Experience in mass hiring, field sales recruitment is a strong advantage
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
