Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting customers via messaging platform and selling mobile and broadband products or services to potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to develop good product knowledge, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Consultative Selling:

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or service.
  • Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs.

2. Negotiation and Closing

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and products.
  • Close deals efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

4. Maintaining high quality standards

  • Comply with internal quality protocols.
  • Achieve high level of accuracy as per transactional quality standards.

Requirements :

  • Mandatory one year experience in international sales business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using messaging platforms and CRM software.
  • Minimum typing speed 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Bachelors degree in any stream.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and resilience.
