Job Description
Shift Timing : 10Am-7pm , Rotational Off
Working Day : 6 Days
Salary Budget : Fresher - 2.55Lpa- 3Lpa
Experienced with more than 6 months of experience - 20-25% hike on your Last ctc or max 4lpa
Role & responsibilities
Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
