Job Description
We are looking for Freshers to perform generalist HR activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare job description / scope of work for employees.
- Handle end to end recruitment activities.
- Responsible to completing joining formalities and Onboarding.
- Executing the induction and orientation of employees.
- Coordinating for Technical training.
- To follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue appropriate letters.
- Taking care of Payroll & PMS (Performance Management System) of the employees.
- Handle employees grievance and act as a chain between management and employees.
- To interact with Department Heads / Reporting Managers to ensure receving feedback of employees performance and act accordingly and take it forward.
- Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning.
- Handle Attendance & Leave Management system.
- Perform employee engagement activities.
- Handle Statutory compliance requirements like ESI, PF & Gratuity for employees.
- Coordinate for Background verification of employees with third party agencies.
- Coordinating for Medical Checkup upon Employees joining at Organization.

Work location - Nagpur
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
Educational Qualification : Any Degree (With Management Skills)
