Job Description

Location- Mumbai - West Malad

Designation- Team Leader - Voice Outbound

Role & responsibilities Must have experience managing a team of 15+ members.
Strong understanding of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Proven experience in Inbound Voice Process.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of attrition, shrinkage, Average Handle Time (AHT), occupancy, utilization, roster management, and manpower planning calculations.
Experience in report generation.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be fluent with Malayalam / Telugu

Excellent on MS Excel

Must have minimum 2 Years of on paper Team Leader experience
