Education: Graduation (should have all the Degree certificates and Mark sheets) mandatory.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational(Night). (5 Days working & 2 day rotational off)

Exp: Candidate should have minimum 6 to 10 yrs. exp as a Lead in content moderation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The candidate is expected to manage a team of Assistant managers / senior team leaders.
• Should be responsible for leading client communications, weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Should be able to drive a top-notch performance with no hiccups.
• Must be good in implementing change with no negative impact on deliverables.
• Should have Content Moderation experience OR should have experience in managing digital operations.

Skills Required:

• Operations, Leadership, team management, Ability to achieve & sustain the top-notch performance.
• Client relationship management, Effective written & verbal communication and a solution maker.
