Job Description
- Managing Business Requirements.
Work experience or handling of any mobile based insurance sourcing application - Experience in JIRA Updates.
- Experience in handling Flutter based projects
- Gap analysis and documentation of system gaps
- FSD/TSD Documentation.
- Conducting business user Demos.
- Tracking Business's IT Requirement and regular status updates.
- User Expectations Management on quality, testing and design, including Test Pack review
- Responsible for ensuring dashboards to stakeholders.
- Partner with Business to understand their IT needs and discuss possibilities based on existing system capabilities and suggest realistic solutions.
- Solution Implementation and Production sanity testing
- Interface between technology and business.
- Responsible for detailed analysis of business requirements from technical standpoint.
- Responsible for ensuring all possible business scenarios are covered.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Understand the scope of the Change request and convert the same into systems requirement document.
- Consider and propose solutions whether in terms of overall application, enhancements, configuration, new or improved processes or better use of existing facilities
- Assess the change request and complete the cross functional impact along with the different stakeholders
- Take overall responsibility along with business stakeholders for the implementation of the solutions approved in business solutions
- Communicate clearly and unambiguously to developers and others and helps to analyse and resolve issues
- Build excellent relations to ensure smooth execution of the IT projects
- Partner with other areas to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and control
- Have a deep understanding of the insurance business and systems in house to suggest effective solutions
- Keep schedules and timelines of the project deliverables and highlight in case of any gap
- ACT as work stream and support projects according to the business needs, closely working together with other functions
- Organise, assists, oversee and lead internal meetings and events, including the development of agenda and schedules
