Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for enterprise applications and systems.
  
• Monitor application performance and respond to system alerts and incidents.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and configuration.
  
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to resolve complex issues.
  
• Perform application deployments, patching, and upgrades as needed.
  
• Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
  
• Assist with user access and role-based permissions within applications.
  
• Participate in application testing, change management, and release cycles.
  
• Provide after-hours or on-call support on a rotational basis.
