Role- Human Resources Executive (Onboarding)

Location- Gurgaon

Working- 6 days

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across functions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin, and Business Teams) to ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
• Handle pan-India travel for supporting mass onboarding/joining drives as required.
• Maintain and update onboarding reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Address employee queries during the onboarding process.

Required skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage onboarding independently and multitask.
• Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
• Willingness to travel across India as per business needs.
• Prior HR/onboarding experience is a plus.
