Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to international leads.
- Understand customer requirements and offer personalized insurance solutions.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer support.
- Stay updated with global insurance trends and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduation (Any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 04 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or BPO.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
