Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct new hire and refresher training (sales, product, soft skills).
Create training material and coordinate training logistics.
Track trainee performance and provide feedback.
Maintain training records and reports.
Travel 15-20 days/month in and around Bangalore.

Requirements:

Experience in training, coaching, and employee development.
Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi.
Background in insurance/financial services preferred.
