Job Description

~ Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in Kannada language.
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings and night shifts as required by the business needs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Key Assessment Requirements:

Bundle Assessment available on SHL

Typing Speed/Accuracy: 30 WPM / 90% ( Typing Duration 3 Mins )

Amcat Assessment ( No Threshold )
Versant Veti - 4

2. Technical/System Requirements:

System: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
Camera: Mandatory
Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
Headset: Compatible ISB headset with noise cancellation
Suggested Brand: Big Passport (available online at reasonable prices)
UPS: Mandatory
EDR Installation: Mandatory
