Job Description:
Supervision & manufacturing of Liquid Injection.
Supervision & maintenance of sterile filling area of Liquid Parenteral.
Independent handling of Liquid Injection section.
Manufacturing of liquid Parenterals& supervision of washing section including autoclave&Tunnel..
Preparation of Sterile Water For Injection(SWFI) from AFFS Machine.
Working in Batch preparation area, Filling area, Washing section,Visual section & Packing section.
Controlling all parameters of Production, Dispensing the material with their specific strength and grade.
Take line clearance properly before initiating product formulation and machine specified.
Handling daily production planning with handling appropriate utilizing manpower where they needs and achieves daily output with planned.
Optimum utilization of Raw materials, Packing materials & Manpower.
Maintaining of BMR,BPR,LOG BOOK and all documents related to production concurrent with the production process.
Handling the deviation in manufacturing process. Coordination with quality assurance/quality control for smooth flow of production and responsible for related activities.
