Job Description
We are hiring an experienced AI Transformation Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives aligned with our digital vision. This role combines deep technical knowledge with functional business insight, requiring hands-on expertise in AI/ML as well as the ability to understand and impact functional domains like R&D, supply chain, operations, and commercial processes. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to define, develop, and implement responsible AI strategies. Ideal candidates should come with a strong AI/ML engineering background and be open to broadening their scope into functional domain leadership, acting as the bridge between technical execution and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI transformation roadmap across the enterprise, aligning with business goals.
- Identify functional use cases across domains like R&D, supply chain, operations, and commercial.
- Manage AI governance frameworks including ethical AI, model lifecycle, data privacy, and bias mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to implement scalable AI solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex AI concepts.
- Build AI capabilities across the organization: platform, people, and process.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning in AI and digital technologies.
- Keep updated on emerging AI technologies and assess applicability to business.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years in AI, data science, or digital transformation roles, preferably at scale.
- Strong understanding of ML/DL models, model deployment, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT.
- Proven experience in functional-business alignment of AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regulated sectors (life sciences, healthcare, BFSI) is a strong plus.
