Job Description

Key responsibilities and Accountability

Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
Need to adhere to the shift adherence

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Experience: Min 6M (In any BPO with Papers)

Language: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Assamese, Bengali, Hindi+English

Assessment: VETI 4 in Versant
