Job Description:

1. Knowledge of PC hardware both Desktops & Laptops.

2. Should know installation of Windows operating system such as Windows 7 / 8 / 10.

3. Installation & troubleshooting of Network Printers.

4. Installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus packages.

5. Knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Outlook & Office 365.

6. Experience in handling NSF File & PST File.

7. Data Backup.

8. Basic knowledge of LAN Networking.

9. Experience in handling basic networking troubleshooting tools such as ping, ns lookup, telnet, trace route, etc.

10. Basic knowledge of CAT6 LAN Cable, RJ45 Crimping, CAT6 Color coding
