Job Description
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving multiple teams and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile delivery.
- Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics for transparency and governance.
- Influence engineering and product roadmaps through data-driven insights and delivery impact.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and system architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering technical programs on time and within scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.
- bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a product/engineering-heavy environment.
