Job Description
Job Title: Chat Agent Developer Location: Offshore (Remote) Experience Level: 4+ years (with specific experience in Azure AI & Chatbot development)Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Chat Agent Developer to join our offshore development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI agents using Azure AI services, along with the ability to build supporting data collection pipelines and data models. Familiarity with Lundbeck-specific implementations is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intelligent chat agents using Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Framework, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Integrate the chat agent with backend data sources, APIs, and knowledge bases.
- Build and manage data pipelines for real-time and batch data collection to support the chat agent.
- Design and implement data models to structure and optimize conversational interactions.
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform regular testing and tuning of the chatbot for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met.
- Document system designs, workflows, and solution architectures clearly and concisely.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Azure AI tools, including but not limited to:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure Bot Framework
- Azure Cognitive Search
- Azure Language Studio / Azure QnA Maker
- Solid understanding of chatbot design principles, NLP/NLU models, and conversational design.
- Proven ability to build and deploy conversational agents in production environments.
- Experience in data engineering and building data models that support AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or Node.js for bot/backend development.
- Hands-on experience working on Lundbeck environments or platforms (preferred).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (preferred).
- Experience with Knowledge Mining using Azure Cognitive Search.
