Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- CPC / CIC / CCS or equivalent certification mandatory.
- 10-15 years of experience in IP DRG.
- Sound domain knowledge in Training and Quality.
- Should have trained more batches in IPDRG.
- Own challenging people/project assignments independently and deliver fulfilment of work.
- Need to own full ownership/leadership responsibility for team development.
- Aspiring being ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery and embedding them in the team
- Project planning, managing & presentation skills
- Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills
- Customer orientation and Client handling
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for project approvals , prioritization and alternatives in the language of business
- Strong conceptual skills (business models, frameworks, standards) and analytical skills to craft, execute, and oversee initiatives.
- Candidates currently who are not a trainer on papers can also apply.
