  • Basic understanding of computer science concepts (e.g. Desktop/ laptop hardware, networking, databases, data center, cybersecurity)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Assist in IT infrastructure support activities as assigned

Perform basic troubleshooting and documentation

Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements

Participate in troubleshooting, meetings, and training sessions

Learn and apply relevant tools, technologies, and best practices

Maintain clear and concise technical documentation
