Senior Site Engineer - Civil @ Endurance Technologies

Greetings from Endurance technologies ltd!

We are hiring in our Corporate Civil Department for Civil Site Engineer role for Chh Sambhajinagar/ Pune location.

Experience Required- 7 Years to 15 years

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day execution of civil construction works.

2. Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety norms.

3. Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues.

4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

5. Maintain daily reports, progress records, and quality checks.

6. Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement.

7. Conduct inspections and ensure work quality and safety compliance.

8. Support project managers in schedule tracking and resource planning.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Technical Knowledge - Expertise in civil engineering construction and site execution.

2. Drawing Interpretation - Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

3 .Software Proficiency - MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel/Word.

4. Quality Control - Ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards.

5. Communication & Leadership - Strong interpersonal and team management skills.

6. Safety Awareness - Familiarity with safety standards and environmental norms.
