Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

For Unit Sales Manager (Retention Renewal):

• Manage customer renewals for general insurance products
  
• Engage with customers via outbound/inbound voice calls
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and policy retention
  
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
  

For Customer Relationship Executive (Digital Sales):

• Handle customer queries and provide product recommendations
  
• Generate sales through effective tele-calling
  
• Build and maintain client relationships
  
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Full Time or Part Time)
  
• Experience: 0 to 2+ years (Freshers Welcome)
  
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi
  
• Skills:
  
• Good communication & listening skills
  
• Understanding of sales/customer service process
  
• Positive attitude & goal orientation
  
• Confidence in handling customer objections
  
• Ability to articulate clearly in mock calls or discussions
