Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Filling a high volume of Biker positions with quick TAT

Develop, communicate, and drive best practice recruitment for various Hubs & Distribution Centers.

Being proactive as a Recruiter through different job portals, boards and Social Media.

Manager end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Work closely together with the operations team and ensure a good turnaround time for filling the positions. Desired Profile:

Should have extensively worked on Bikers hiring

Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel and Word)

Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive

Should be focused and target-oriented

Bike is mandatory. Should be willing travel extensively
