Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for the HORECA sales and distribution team.
  
• Monitor daily sales performance across various channels and generate periodic sales analysis.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
  
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and data management in CRM and ERP systems.
  
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations.
  
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities, gaps, or areas needing improvement.
  
• Generate reports on customer acquisition, product performance, and regional performance metrics.
  
• Support initiatives to streamline MIS reporting processes.
