Sr. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager - Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to manage sales and expansion of Equity, Distribution business & broking activities.
2. Leading a Sales team of relationship managers and generating revenue through your team across all the products (Equity, Currency, Forex, Commodities, Wealth Management, Distribution Business through Retail / HNI Clients).
3. Ensuring the productivity of Center and Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations.
Required Skills: 1. Should have depth knowledge of all financial products.
2. Should have good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
3. Should have good team handling and leadership skills.
4. Must be able to manage and run branch as a profit center.
5. Should be target oriented.
6. Must follow compliances and be punctual in submission of MIS reports.
7. Should be able to review and monitor the performance of team on regular basis.
8. Should be self initiative.
9. Should remain updated about the present market scenario and financial market products and trends.
10. Should have zeal to help clients in achieving their financial goals.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Finance, Marketing
