Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Industry: Gems & Jewellery / Jewelry Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their needs and preferences.
Display jewellery pieces in an appealing manner to attract and engage customers.
Provide detailed product information, including materials, pricing, and care instructions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional interaction and follow-ups.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display counters and store environment.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store profitability.
Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, designs, and product features.

Key Requirements:

1 to 3 years of counter sales experience in the gems and jewellery industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Graduate
