We are looking for an HR Executive.
Role & responsibilities
90% Recruitment and 10% HR operations
* Sourcing candidates through job portals & social websites.
* Job Posting & Initial screening of the candidates.
* Interacting with the Team for face-to-face interviews.
* Create a database & prepare a MIS report from the data.
* Effective closure for required candidates in a timely manner.
* Interacting with the clients to understand all the requirements.
* Managing and interacting with all the clients as and when required
* Awareness about HR recruitment norms related to different industries.
* The ability to research new candidates according to clients requirements
* Post-joining communication with R2R & clients for a smooth onboarding process.
* Coordination with the candidates post selection for Induction & Joining formalities.
* Conduct Employee engagement activities
* Maintain attendance of employees
Preferred candidate profile*
* Good Communicator.
* Flexible Open to adapt to changes.
* Aggressive approach towards recruitment.
* MS Excel skills to evaluate data appropriately.
* Confident enough to approach clients for client meetings.
* Active listening understanding the candidates interests.
