Job Description
Hi All,
We are hiring for PLC/DCS 6years to 10 Years experience and job location will be Hyderabad.
Role & responsibilities
- Hands on experience in Schneider Electric Foxboro DCS (desired)
- Hands on experience in Aveva/Wonderware System Platform with a good experience in creating Operator Displays /HMIs, Control HMI custom faceplates, Custom scripts as per client requirement (desired)
- Candidate having experience in Schneider Electric Foxboro DCS upgrade/migration of CCS/CS (desired)
- Hands on experience in PLC/DCS test systems like Foxboro/Honeywell/ABB/Yokogawa DCS.
- Experience in control system testing that includes Factory Acceptance Tests/Site Acceptance Tests, Installation and Commissioning of PLC/DCS Systems
- Verification and Validation of DCS Products as part of R&D development where the candidate having prior experience in doing V&V testing of DCS Products preferred.
- Exposure to verification and / or validation of control systems and communication protocols, i.e. Serial IO, Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC, HART, Foundation field bus, Profibus etc.
- Exposure to formal development methodologies, i.e. configuration management, requirements traceability, formal or semi-formal methods; unit, functional and system testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates are expected to attend daily standup calls with Client, update status of assigned work in clear and concise manner and communicate with Client on various Project assignment activities. Its expected the candidate will have strong communication skills to perform his day to day activities
Secondary Skills (Nice To Have) :
- Experience of Industrial Plant (Petrochemical, Power, Pharma)
- Experience in Engineering or commissioning of Foxboro EVO Control system is a Plus.
3. Experience with requirements engineering, configuration management, System Testing, Functional testing
