Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for LAP.

Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, connectors and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
