Job Description
Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (TME)
Work Type: Work From Office (WFO)
Qualification / Experience:
Pursuing Graduation Final Year / Graduates / MBA
Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Compensation (CTC):
Freshers:
16,000/month for the first 3 months
20,000/month from the 4th month
Retention Bonus of 12,000 credited in the 4th month
Experienced: Up to 25,000/month

Roles and Responsibilities:
Build a positive brand image and create awareness of Just Dial in the minds of new prospective clients (SMEs)
Contact customers via phone to explain product features and benefits
Persuade customers to purchase services by stimulating interest
Answer customer queries related to the services offered
Advise customers on pricing, service options, and packages
Coordinate and schedule appointments for the field sales team
Work on and maintain follow-up data
Share timely feedback on prospects and follow-up clients with Team Leads
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable adapting to dynamic environments
Good computer literacy and ability to use a desktop system
