      Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and building rapport.   
    • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.   
    • Sales Process Management: Guiding customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and closing the deal.   
    • Test Drives: Organizing and conducting test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.   
    • Financing Assistance: Helping customers with financing options and paperwork.   
    • Closing Deals: Negotiating prices and finalizing sales contracts.   
    • Customer Follow-up: Maintaining contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.   
    • Sales Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.   
    • Documentation: Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation of sales transactions.   
    • Collaboration: Working with other dealership departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience.   
    • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies.   
    • Customer Education: Explaining vehicle features, benefits, and options to customers.   
    • Relationship Building: Developing long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.   
    • Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.   
    • Market Awareness: Understanding the competitive landscape and market trends.
