- Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Management: Guiding customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and closing the deal.
- Test Drives: Organizing and conducting test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- Financing Assistance: Helping customers with financing options and paperwork.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating prices and finalizing sales contracts.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintaining contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Documentation: Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation of sales transactions.
- Collaboration: Working with other dealership departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies.
- Customer Education: Explaining vehicle features, benefits, and options to customers.
- Relationship Building: Developing long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Market Awareness: Understanding the competitive landscape and market trends.
