Job Description

This is an opportunity to work with a Leading Pvt Bank as a Product Head Business Loan. As a Product Manager Business Banking, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with a specific focus on Business Loans. It is essential to hold an MBA from a top B-school with strong analytical capabilities. This role involves team handling responsibilities within the BFSI industry. Your primary responsibility will be to target the SENP/SEP client segment within the MSME sector. You will oversee all unsecured products related to this segment and must have a comprehensive understanding of the macroeconomic environment and regulatory framework impacting MSMEs. Your tasks will include collecting information to develop concepts for new features and products, evaluating the success of existing products, and selecting ideas worth pursuing. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate the product vision effectively and enhance market share.
