    As a Pastry Chef - Head of Pastry at a Five Star Luxury Hotel in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the highest quality of pastries and desserts are prepared and presented to guests. Your expertise in creating exquisite pastries will contribute to the overall dining experience and reputation of the hotel. Your main duties will include managing a team of pastry chefs, developing new pastry recipes, supervising the production of pastries, maintaining inventory of pastry supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
