Job Description

Job Summary:
This role involves hashtag#endtoend recruitment for various positions within the organization. If you're enthusiastic about identifying top talent and building strong teams, wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with hashtag#hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:
02 years of experience in hashtag#recruitment (hashtag#Consultancy experience is an added advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office.
