Ensure 100% availability of resources as per SOW
Standardize the Service Desk operations and implement best practices

24/7 support
Service now ITSM tool
Primary Skills (Preferred) Knowledge in Troubleshooting OS / Network / Printers / Hardware related Issues
Knowledge in Troubleshooting Application Related issues
Knowledge in Remote Support for Windows / MAC users with appropriate Tools
Knowledge of MS Office products (Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint, word, excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
User admin task experience Secondary Skills (Preferred) Knowledge in Mac OS / Application Troubleshooting
