Seeking a suitable candidate to provide technical application support and maintenance for the Teammate+ audit platform, with additional responsibilities supporting data integration and infrastructure remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quarterly patching and coordinate business validation

Monitor and troubleshoot datafeeds between Teammate+ and Archer

Resolve ITRC break/fix tickets and perform root cause analysis

Provide day-to-day technical support for end users (login/access issues, role management)

Assist in planning for migration from End-of-Life infrastructure

Maintain support documentation and operational runbooks

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with Teammate+ or similar audit platforms

Familiarity with data integration tools and basic SQL for troubleshooting

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment

Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
