  • As the Strategic Partnership Manager at PrimaFelicitas, you will be at the forefront of forging and managing key partnerships with industry leaders, organizations, and stakeholders in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 space
  • You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives and contribute to our overall growth

  • Partnership Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partners in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ecosystem to strengthen our market presence and accelerate growth.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company s strategic goals.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into overall business strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly evaluate and report on the success and impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent PrimaFelicitas at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance our thought leadership and establish the company as a key player in the blockchain and Web3 space.
  • End-to-End Project Control: Take charge of the entire project lifecycle s initial phase, ensuring comprehensive management to win projects successfully.
  • Vendor and Business Partner Identification: Strategically identify and secure the right vendors and business partners crucial for project success, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Client Relations: Engage with clients to establish Proof of Concepts (PoCs), building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction during the initial phases.
  • High Project Volume: Manage a portfolio of 10-15 projects annually, showcasing exceptional multitasking and project management skills.
  • Commission-Based Work: Operate on a commission basis, ensuring financial success aligned with project achievements, and partner with multiple companies to expand collaborative opportunities.
  • Consultation and Intermediation: Serve as a key consultant and intermediary, bridging the gap between the client and vendors/business partners, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Blockchain/Crypto Domain Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the blockchain and crypto domain, staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Social Media Engagement: Utilize various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Medium, etc., to promote projects, engage with the community, and establish the company as a thought leader in the blockchain and crypto space.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with key stakeholders in the blockchain and crypto industry, building and nurturing relationships that contribute to the success of projects and partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to win projects, identify market opportunities, and position the company as a preferred partner.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with project goals and financial targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging trends, potential collaborators, and opportunities for innovation in the blockchain and crypto space.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze project performance, providing comprehensive reports on key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Web 3.0 concepts, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFT, DeFi, Smart Contracts, etc.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Partnerships within the Tech/Crypto/Blockchain Industry.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Adept at embracing change management, demonstrating flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Persistence, strong knowledge of the product or service being sold, and effective communication skills are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the product offerings.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
  • High-energy, dynamic individual with calculated risk-taking ability.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
