Role: DGM - FP&A
Experience: 7 - 12
Qualification: MBA/CA (required full time or regular Degree and Master's)
Location: Bigbasket HO3 - Nagavarapalya, C V Raman Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560093 (near Gopalan Mall)
What would you be doing?
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports and dashboards.
- Manage the month-end close process and support timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling frameworks.
- Track key financial metrics including cash flow, expenses and profitability across functions.
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to business and functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Product and Operations to support financial strategy.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of MIS systems and financial tools for improved automation and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements and financial regulations.
- Support investor reporting, fundraising activities and board-level presentations as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A or accounting, preferably in a startup, fintech, or technology-driven organization.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
