Job Description
- You will be joining our QA team in Hyderabad as a Salesforce QA professional with both Manual and Automation testing expertise. We are looking for individuals experienced in Salesforce manual testing to fill the roles of Salesforce QA Lead and QA Tester. As a Salesforce QA Lead, your responsibilities will include leading the QA function for Salesforce-based projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will be tasked with defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans, developing, reviewing, and executing detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Managing the defect lifecycle by logging, tracking, triaging, and closing bugs using tools like JIRA is a key aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for performing regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications, as well as collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and support UAT cycles. Guiding and mentoring junior QA professionals will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA testing. Proficiency in designing and executing automated tests for Salesforce applications is essential. A solid understanding of QA methodologies, including functional, UI/UX, and usability testing, is required. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools related to Salesforce such as Selenium, Provar, or similar tools will be beneficial.
