Job Description
- Act as the Technical SME for the assigned EPIC and drive solution discussions
- Review and approve designs and user stories with a focus on performance, security, and NFRs
- Lead technical conversations with OBP, product processors, and interfacing platforms
- Drive service discovery, troubleshooting, and clarification of technical blockers
- Work alongside squads, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering Managers on overall solutioning
- Track and resolve technical impediments, and coordinate across pods and teams
- Ensure accurate API documentation and maintain knowledge repositories
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to program managers where required
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 17 preferred) or Node.js
- Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Cloud experience: AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch) or equivalent
- Sound understanding of REST APIs with focus on security, performance, and error handling
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills this role is architecture-focused, not coding-intensive
- Proven experience in solutioning, code reviews, and system design
