Job Description

    We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving their queries and ensuring excellent customer experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries and complaints via voice calls (inbound/outbound).

    • Provide timely and accurate responses and solutions to customer issues.

    • Record details of customer interactions in the CRM system.

    • Achieve daily and monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

    • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors for continuous improvement.
