Job Description
- Join 2COMS, a leading workforce solutions provider, as a Sales Recruiter (Work from Office - Staffing) in Kolkata. As a Sales Recruiter, you will focus on bulk hiring for BPO tele callers, telesales, telemarketing, inbound, outbound, and customer support roles. Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO/tele calling profiles. - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. - Perform interviews and assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates. - Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports. - Achieve hiring targets within set timelines. Requirements: - Proven experience in bulk hiring/BPO hiring. - Strong understanding of BPO tele calling and related roles. - Must be based in Kolkata. - Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with a passion for recruitment can apply). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets. Benefits: - Fixed Salary: 12,000-15,000 per month. - PF + ESIC benefits. - 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off for work-life balance. - Day Shift: Timings from 10 AM - 7 PM.
