Job description

B.E. Mechanical + Experience in B2B and B2C Sales of Industrial Equipment's + Team Lead



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in B2B and B2C markets.

Promote and sell industrial equipment solutions to clients in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.

Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
