Job Description


    Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Drive the application of modern software engineering practices to improve team delivery and solution outcomes
  • Champion the implementation of instrumentation and diagnostics to support maintainability and operations
  • Apply broad knowledge of the domain to optimize choices in architecture and design
  • Lead the team in identifying and implementing modern components, tools, and technologies
  • Champion an automation first mentality throughout engineering and operations practices
  • Lead the implementation of software solutions
  • Drive code reuse and contribution strategy for the span of control, minimizing redundant development
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
  • Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
  • Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
  • Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

    •  Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience with frontend development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and modern web technologies
  • Fully proficient with responsibility and capability working across platforms, responsible for high levels of complexity while influencing product architecture and patterns across the ecosystem
  • Identity and Access Management experience
  • Directory Services Development, Authentication, and Provisioning experience
  • Requirements and technical specification documentation experience
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments
  • Proven ability to lead and guide teams, providing technical direction and mentorship
  • Fully proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant backend programming languages
  • Solid understanding of RESTful Web API development
  • Demonstrable experience with technologies such as Microservices, Kafka, Datbricks, Azure Data Factory
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB profiling/performance tuning.
  • Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git Actions)
  • Microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Azure Cloud Engineering, CI/CD, Microservice background, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools (e.g., Terraform)
  • Test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
