As a Lead Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process for our retail and corporate lending solutions by delivering compelling solution demonstrations, crafting tailored proposals, and ensuring a strong value proposition for customers. Working closely with sales, marketing, product management, global delivery, and customer support teams, you will help drive best practices in pre-sales engagements, customer workshops, and RFI/RFP responses.
This role requires a blend of lending domain expertise and technical acumen, along with a deep understanding of customer needs. You will contribute to high-impact pre-sales activities, ensuring our lending solutions align with client requirements and support their digital / AI transformation journey.

Delivering High-Impact Solution Demonstrations - Conduct engaging demonstrations showcasing the business and operational value of our retail and corporate lending solutions to prospective customers.
Customer Engagement & Requirement Gathering - Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, lending workflows, and technology gaps to tailor solutions effectively.
Technical Feasibility & Solution Architecture Guidance - Work closely with customers IT teams to validate solution fit, deployment strategies, and integration capabilities with existing banking ecosystems.
Crafting Winning RFI/RFP Responses & Proof of Concepts - Create and refine proposals that enhance our value proposition, while leveraging technical expertise to build compelling proof-of-concept environments for clients.
Collaboration & Product Readiness - Work closely with Product Management, Development, and Integration teams to ensure seamless solution interfaces and alignment with customer needs.
Building & Showcasing Customer Success Stories - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop case studies, reference architectures, and success narratives that reinforce the impact of the solutions.
Sales Enablement & Training - Support Sales teams by providing product expertise, training, and assisting in regional go-to-market initiatives to drive business growth.
Market Insights - Analyse market trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscapes to recommend ways to better position our lending solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or Finance/Accounting or any related course. FRM and CFA qualifications is a plus
- 5-10 years working experience with Loan Management Systems from other vendors
- Strong understanding of front-office (Channels, Digital Enablers, Credit Decisioning, User Journeys) and back-office (Lending Operations, Credit Risk, Accounting) requirements, specifically across various Asian markets for retail and corporate lending
- Knowledge of country-specific loan management practices and implementation experience in Asia is a plus. Experience in bank back-office operations, sales support for large banks, and leading major opportunities is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Loan Management (Servicing & IRFS Accounting)
- Good Pre-sales attitude with proactive engagement with internal (especially with Sales team) and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex business and technical topics in English
- Strong financial accounting knowledge (preferred), analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
