Our client at Sakinaka needs
Post : TECH TEAM IT ADMIN MANAGER
Location : Sakinaka, Andheri E, Mumbai
Qualification : Min. Qualification: Diploma Holder. Certification in IT Administration
Experience : 3 years minim Technical Support experience
Salary : 3 lakhs per annum
Working hours: Mon Saturday 9.30 to 6.30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
Website and Tech platforms administration and maintenance
Manage Cloud Platforms
L1 Support and L2 SLA delivery
Monitor and ensure hierarchy-based Users across all systems / platforms
Ensure Data back-ups of all the systems with scheduled periodicity
Security and Compliance across Data, Systems and Networks
Trouble Shoot all system and software related issues
Managing relationship with third party vendors/service providers

SKILL SETS REQUIRED
Hands-on working knowledge about all Operating Systems and Networks
Excellent Communication skills.
Positive attitude to learn new technologies and products.
