Job Description

Hello Everyone,

Optum is hiring SDET at Chennai locations who can join us on short notice.

Primary Skills: SDET, Automation Testing, Java, Selenium/UFT, Database Testing, Jenkins, CICD, Git.

Experience: 2 yrs to 4 yrs

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Description:

Develop and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks for C&S Growth projects.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
For all C&S Growth deliverables, Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing
Create and maintain test cases using Kraft framework
Write and optimize automation scripts within the Kraft framework to ensure accurate and efficient test execution
Run automated tests and analyze results to identify and report any issues or defects

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Over 2+ years of extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation
Experience with CICD (Preferably Jenkins), Java, Selenium/UFT, SQL
Proven experience with web-based, desktop application, and API testing
Proficiency in development, execution and maintained automated test scripts
Proven excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Good experience in Java programming, DevOps: HP ALM, Jenkins, GitHub, XL Deploy, Cucumber, Gherkins
Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, RabbitMQ, Openshift
Solid technical background with experience working in Java development OR QA automations
Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
